I ordered a Gucci hat which was advertised as authentic from PoshmarkI received it, and it was more certainly not authenticI filed a dispute with pictures and Poshmark allowed me to return the hatIt has been ONE MONTH since I have returned the hat, and my $has still not been refundedI have been emailing Poshmark support for weeks now - only to get the same automatic email stating "Our goal is to get back to you within hours - however we have a new email system so please be patient"I do not care if they have a new email system , I am DONE being patient$dollars is a lot of money, besides the fact that I bought this for my boyfriend for our anniversary and ended up with no gift - and no money to purchase a new oneI am entirely outraged and I want to be refunded immediatelyOf course - they have no phone number to callI fear I will never get my money back and I am not sure what to do!

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes that were listed as tennis shoes but they are actually cleatsI asked to return them and Poshmark deniedThey were not listed correctly as cleatsI cannot do anything with themI buy and sell a ton on Poshmark so when I have the very rare issue, I want it resolvedI can easily shop elsewhere if they don't start handling customer service issues better

This issue is regarding use of an app owned and operated by PoshmarkI am/was a seller on this app for approxmonths prior to this incidentTerms of the app/website state that an order must be shipped within days, or the buyer has the right to cancelToo many cancellations may result in the suspension of your accountOn Saturday, 10:AM, I dropped off a package at the post office, and received a receipt stating that the package was entered into the system, and would begin tracking (within the hour it would update to being listed as 'package accepted')Approxan hour after this, the app notified me that the buyer had cancelled the transactionAs a result, the funds that were marked as PENDING were removed from my accountI attempted to contact customer service, which states a hour response timeI received an 'autoping' message that basically states that my attempt to contact them has been noted, and I should be replied to shortlyAs of this morning, the tracking numb

I recently purchased two blouses from a sellerShe listed them as regular blouses, and since Poshmark has many different categories of tops (i.ecrop tops, button downs, camisoles, sweatshirts, etc), I took this to mean these were blouses with nothing out of the ordinary about themThe pictures also showed nothing out of the ordinaryI submitted an offer to the seller and she accepted
Upon receiving these blouses, it was quickly discovered that these items are CROP TOPS, and not blousesI immediately opened up a case with Poshmark, seeing as I ordered regular blouses out of the blouse section and not crop tops out of the crop top sectionI was told that I should have asked for measurements ahead of time, and that it was clearly a fit issue instead of the seller misrepresenting the item
Poshmark has categories for a reason, and I was not interested in crop topsThe seller marked them as blouses and did not provide any additional informationI should not have to ask for the length of every shirt seeing as there IS a section for CROP TOPS, and all items that fall into that length should be listed there or they are misrepresenting the items
Poshmark now refuses to refund my money, and continues to tell me that it's clearly a sizing issue and not a misrepresentation of these crop tops as regular blouses despite the fact that I've sent them pictures, measurements, etc

I would not reccomend selling anything on hereI sent a pair of dollar shoes to someone and they damaged them and, sent them backPoshmark took my money and will not contact me via email(as they request) to work this out

Items are consistently misrepresented to buyersSellers should receive ratings from buyers experiences in order for a buyer to feel comfortable about purchasing from a buyer, negative ratings would encourage sellers to describe items accurately and truthfullyCustomer service does little to correct these problems within their serviceBe cautious when buying from this site, ask for detailed pictures, you will likely not get them, which is a sign the seller is not honest

I am a buyer on Poshmark and have had wonderful transactions for about three years now, that is until I started purchasing bathing suitsOut of four, two had problems and I filed Not as Described cases on bothAccording to Poshmark I did not file a Case on the first one, that's their story and they are sticking to itI DID file the case within the hour frame and uploaded a photo as requiredI then contacted the company the next day to see why I did not receive an acknowledgmentNo answerI contacted them again, no answerI then added a message to a message they sent me regarding a different suit and while they addressed the second suit, no response to my inquiry on the firstI then started sending email every two days, and would get an answer that didn't address the situationThis went on and on for almost two weeks at which point I contacted my credit card companyTheir responses told me they didn't fully read or understand my email after repeating myself over & over again (example; I explained that the suit's leg hole elastic was old and stretched out making the legs large and the suit unwearable and they responded that I could not return the suit due to fit)Scream! Then another rep joined the fray and stated they would "allow" me to return the suit on my dimeI explained that I had already contacted my credit card company and the dispute was filedTwo emails later from them and they are giving me terms if I don't file a dispute, despite my having already said the dispute was done and found in my favor (I sent my CC company a transcript of all the emails)Bottom line? In many cases they ignore communications, in others they either purposely or through lack of comprehension misunderstand said communications and their canned responses are maddeningAlthough most sellers are generally nice their customer service team is severely lacking, which does not foster repeat business and ultimately hurts the sellers (not so much THIS buyer as there are plenty of other venues to purchase clothing both online and off)
