I sold a necklace days ago , se buyer claimed it was not as described , this necklace was brand new and exactly as described , I submitted all the proofs and pictures of the item to poshmark support , never heard about them again and now i'm out of my item and my money , so basically it's a stealI'm not talking about the scamming attempts you get every time you post a new item ....and the nasty comments

I've encountered an error on the Poshmark website and android app that will not allow me to redeem my earnings via direct deposit or paper checkI've reached out to Poshmark customer support to resolve the issue on March 27, I've provided screen shots of the error that I receive, but I'm being asked to provide my bank account information via email which I do not think is smartI've since requested a paper check for my money and I've inquired about having my money sent via PayPal (which they have done before)Poshmark has not responded and will not provide an update

I recently opened an account with poshmark, they hold your money for items sold until the customer receives the items then you must transfer the money to your accountIt is also linked to my *** account .This morning my account was hacked and locked and unlock info was sent to the hacker and not myself and my account was drained of fundsi was able to contact *** before they could make any purchasesI have tried to contact customer service through numerous outlets and received absolutely no responseThey have no contact number and very vague info on how to emailI was able to get a different contact email through *** but have not received a response to that either so now the money has been stolen from my account and my personal information compromised and no effort to correct the problem

I purchased a vest on poshmark and upon receiving it from the seller, inspected it to make sure that it was in the condition described by the sellerNot seeing anything of issue, I rated the seller and accepted the itemHowever, I went to try the vest on a day or two later and found that the zipper was completely brokenI hadn't seen that upon visually inspecting the item and before accepting itI reached out to posh to indicate the item is in fact damaged during and that I had not seen the damage when inspecting it upon receiptPosh customer service refuses to do anything to correct this issue - leaving me out the coat of the item and with a damaged vest

Reagarding Order #***, the user released funds to the seller on 1/26/As stated within our policy, a user has days from when an item is delivered to thoroughly inspect an itemAdditionally, when the funds are released to the seller we are unable to reverse the
transaction for a return or refund, as mentioned in our FAQs: ***For this reason, we consider the case closed.

Poshmark NEVER removed any harrasers that I've been complaining times! They're Still allowed to do business even if it cost somebody else to remove their listingsThese users are the most recent ones that you still allowed to sell after they rants with no business on my page: *** and *** had too much time to be ended up on my page and said things like they owned the storeYou removed my solid listings that you previously allowed to be sold with NO solid reasons and already been sold to other users and letting these jealous rants *** to make problems with me

Company has allowed a seller on their site to slander my name through comments on their siteI want these remarks removedI filed a complaint before and they got me confused with another person and it was closed because you thought they made a good faith effort when they did not because they had me confused with someone elseI would like this actually taken care of this time or I will be seeking counsel

The business practices and oversight of sellers on Poshmark seem to be very poor or non-existentThere are sellers who are listing merchandise, Poshmark is collecting payment, and customers are not receiving their ordersWhen you ask to cancel the order and be refunded the funds collected to your credit card (and before the merchandise is shipped), Poshmark does not provide good customer service or get the customers their refunds in a timely manner or, it appears from buyers comments on sellers listings, at allTheir customer service allows you to submit questions and then directs you to mail an email box that goes to an unmonitored boxIf you look at customer comments on their sellers' pages, it appears that the lack of seller accountability and oversight is a systemic problem with Poshmark - some sellers are not held accountable for not shipping goods to those who have purchased and paid and are not required to disable their account when they are not responsive, do not ship goods

Item was sold by me through this siteThe item was returned to me by the seller in worn condition, with sweat and make up stainsI filed a complaint with poshmark several times within the time frame alloted by poshmark and got no responseI am out of the item that is now in far less than perfect condition as well as the money I sold it for as the buyer was not held responsibleI'd like the business to either refund my sale price or issue a credit for same amount

I like everything about PoshmarkThere are so many great finds!!
BUT- You have to watch out for Inactive sellersYou find something that you loveYou either decide to jump on it and get it before it's gone, or you idly let it rest in the back of your mind waiting and then you decide you just have to have itEither way you're eager to buy it and then after a week or it still hasn't shipped? They need to come up with some system regarding thisLike putting inactive sellers on "hold" or in limbo while they are inactive so buyers can clearly see that there are inactive, or can't see these items at all unless priorly savedYou can cancel your order at this point, but you still don't get that darn item that you really wanted and probably already came up with outfits it would work with!
And - The shipping is so darn expensiveThere's nothing like finding a "steal" only to be hit with in shippingYIKES! And it's not like theres any way to dodge that! PRZE ITEM since they are all different sellersSo this is why my page is filled with items that I love that I just can't crack down and spend for each item in just shippingI know shipping can be expensiveBut thats quite a bit seeing that each item is usually a pretty light shirt or the equivalentThere has GOT to be ANOTHER WAY!

I searched online for a similar pair of cleats my daughter currently had and found a pair on Poshmark It was not stated these run smallI bought the size she wears and they are too small If it was stated these ran smaller I would have purchased a larger sizeStill needing a pair of cleats, I searched again onlineI am seeing sites that are selling this oversion of the cleat *** *** *** * *** *** and state this particular cleat runs smallI complained to Poshmark and was told they don't return due to sizesI stated the size ran small and the seller did not state this information and it was misleadingWhile Poshmark states they advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating listings; if a seller does not state something such as their product runs a half size small - you are stuck with what you purchasedWhen I complained I was told by Poshmark that I should have asked if this ran small before making the purchase It was suggested for me to try and sell them myself to make my money backWhy spend your money and take the chance on an item that may run too small/too big and be stuck with it when you can purchase it elsewhere from somewhere with guaranteed returnsDon't learn the hard way as I didI did not think I would have to do extensive research on a product prior to making a purchaseI personally will never purchase from this website again

I purchased a Gucci belt from Poshmark on October 12, It was advertised as a genuine Gucci belt and was priced as a genuine Gucci beltI paid $But when I received it, it was clearly not an authentic Gucci belt as advertisedI emailed them requesting a refund multiple timesMy mother also emailed them on October 27, However, to date, we have only received an email from them stating that they are "transitioning to a new email system" and to "hang tight"Moreover, we are unable to reply to this computer generated emailWe have also tried to call them but we receive an automated message which also does not allow you to respondI still have not heard back from them
