Posh Shoppe

I placed an order for a white pant suit (pre-order) on September 2,2023 order # PS54800781 White Tuxedo Pant Suit. Price of the suit $159.00. Free boob tape was also supposed to ship with this order for a total of $170.13. I never received the order. I received an email from May @Posh Shoppe on September 16, 2023 saying that was a delay on my order because their fulfillment center was under stress. I sent an email on October 3,2023 after checking the tracking number on the Shop App , which stated that my package had been delivered on 9/13/23 however, I never received a package/order!
I received an email on October 5,2023 from May @ Posh Shoppe saying that the shipment took longer than expected. They then asked if I would like to exchange my order for another outfit with a 120% store credit. I responded back to Posh Shoppe on October 7,2023 advising them that I would like to suit that I originally ordered asking when would the order be shipped. I sent another email on October 19, 2023 asking if the outfit would be here before November and if not could I get a full refund. I did not hear anything else from them until November 23, 2023. Posh Shoppe stated in the email that the item I ordered was no longer in stock. Never mind the fact that I ordered the outfit back in September. So you're telling me that it took 2 months for them to respond and tell me that the item was no longer in stock? Then they offered me a gift card/store credit for $190.00. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism in making an online purchase, this is ridiculous!
I DO NOT want a store credit/gift card I would like a full refund for the purchase. Most of the items on their site are pre-orders and it states in their information on their site that those orders could take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks and possibly longer. Therefore, it would not make any sense for me to make another purchase through this site knowing that there there's a possibility that this could happen again, and again, and again, NO THANK YOU! WHEN I GOOGLED THE ADDRESS 68 JAY STREET BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, IT DOES NOT SHOW POSH SHOPPE, IT SHOWS A RESTAURANT AT THAT LOCATION. IF IN FACT THAT LOCATION ADDRESS HAS CHANGED THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SITE!
I just want my money back. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this store again.
