We appreciate you taking the time to look over our case, and consider the information we have to offer. We hope that this will assist you in settling the case. Due to recent holiday operations, there was a delay in processing the customer’s refund. The customer has been refunded in FULL for the return items processed. Her refund was issued on December 14, 2016, for the amount of $109.98. You can note from your correspondence, the refund was issued PRIOR to receiving notice from the Revdex.com. Refunds are issued typically within 24-48 hours after the package is received at our facilities. Her refund was delayed a few days, due to our increase in operations during the holiday season. As for email communications with the customer, a refund confirmation email was sent on Dec 14, 2016. This was within one business day from her last email to us on Dec 13. The customer has since acknowledged that we have processed her refund via email. All refund processing should now be complete. Since then, we have not heard back from the customer, and we are hopeful that the customer’s concerns are now fully addressed. We highly value when our customers take the time to reach out to us. And we are extra grateful for their understanding and patience during peak seasons, like the holidays. We hope that we can continue to strengthen our relationships with our customers, so as to avoid misunderstanding and frustrating situations such as these in the future.
