Posh Patio Deck Covers

Contracted Posh Patio on March 27, 2014 to complete three season room including three 10 ft piles by May,2014. Paid $10,430.82 in March and also won $5000 GIFT voucher for $4,300 thro [redacted] Auction as suggested by [redacted] to save some money. In total Spent $14,730.82 so far which is 71% of total contract. Their sub-contractor([redacted]) came to site couple of times in May but could not complete piles to required depth of 10 ft, basically due to inadequate tools. Thereafter I have been contacting [redacted] (Owner) to let me know when they can complete work. In June after 20 calls he showed up at our house promising work completion by end of June. Since there was no trace of work progress till end of June, I called him to get any update but no response. Called his assitant and he declined to co-operate saying "It is between me and him."[redacted]Desired Settlement[redacted] I want full refund of all the money. [redacted]
