I purchased a dress for almost $months ago and emailed them over and over again inquiring about the status of my order and no reply back! it's been months and I have just accepted the $loss which I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE BEING SCAMMED FOR$is not something to just cough upI hope the owner of POSHGIRL reads this and starts replying back to their emails!
I recently purchased some beautiful red pumps from this site and they were so narrow I could not get my feet into the shoe! There is a return/exchange policy clearly listed on the site and how to process a return but the site wouldn't let me process the return. I have called the number listed for inquiries and emailed them. No one has responded to me and at this point I know I'm not going to get my money back! Cute stuff but beware!

The company states all delivery are priority mail 2-day delivery and they charged you for this right away.I didn't mind paying the charged due to the fact that I was so excited I found a dress. I would love to wear to an event on the 28th of January on the 25th of January I received an email stating that USPS was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing This was my first time buying anything from this company my sister told me that they have some cute clothes and this will be my last time. I have call at least 20 times sent so many emails to wish the phone calls are never answer just a prompt to push this button for sales and another one for customer services and I have not had a reply to my Emails as of today which is February 5th 2016 and I still have no dress, I just called USPS to put in a Investigation to resolved this. hopefully they can find my dress in the three days she told me it takes to investigate if not i'm calling my credit card company and put a stop payment on this dress..Remember you all have been warned about Posh Girl......
