I am rejecting this response because:
I have proof email already submitted and will re-submit if necessary that I was not refunded any money. I was charged the "hidden" membership fee directly after (day or two, which was days before it was to be charged to my card) I placed an order for two bracelets and before the bracelet charge. Initially I was told I would get the refund, which I DID NOT receive. But, then in a latter correspondence I was "forced" to select product items in place of the refund. Which I did and when selecting those items I included the description and used snipping tool to place the picture in the email, so as to receive the product I was "forced" ordered. I then get a package with someone else's order. there was only one item in that package that would have been my "order". They have not resolved sending my order as they promised, to this day.I've reached out numerous times via email, facebook, and phone with broken promises from them of sending my "forced ordered" items. I've also more recently attempted to contact Brendon I believe it was (I can't view the previous comments while this window is open) from former response on this complaint. He will not contact me back. I want my refund or the merchandise. But at this point I'm not tolerating any more delays in shipment of a promised product by Poseidon Place.

I looked up the customer and checked what she orderedAttached is the proof of purchase and while in our sale funnel she decided to take our $upsell that included a trail into our membership program (19.99) that you can cancel anytime via emailShe was sent her subscription box and I attached
proof that order was placed and deliveredThank you for your understanding
