I had the distinct pleasure of doing business with Pary Plumbing to resolve an issue with a malfunctioning water heater Pary Plumbing was the second plumber I called on this issue after the first had failed to accurately diagnose the problem and needlessly replaced a fully functioning thermocouple
Mike provided outstanding service, and showed up when he said he would for both the diagnostic visit and on the date of repair (we had to order a part for overnight delivery)
He took the time to accurately diagnose the problem and even went through his assessment with the water heater manufacturer to make sure that the correct part was shipped to resolve the issue
His work was clean, thorough, and most importantly, it resolved the issue that I was having
I would not hesitate to call Pary Plumbing for all of my future work large or small It is nice to know that I have a service provider that I can trust
