Posare

Hello this consumer came to the salons front desk 2 weeks after her service which was a natural hair cornrows straight to the back with 8-10 braids and is normally worn for 1-2 week which is why the cost for the service is only $25, the consumer requested to have someone do her hair for free , she was advised to speak me the manager and technician to see if it could be resolved since everyone is independent and she would still have to pay another stylist. When she contacted me I requested for her to come in for me to see and she refused and immediately started scream and using profanity saying she would report me. After additional probing she admitted to me that she had sewn weft hair on to the 8-10 braids I had given her with no hair added. Which I advised her would account for any pulling since her sewing hair on would add more tension and has I had observed during my initial consultation with the client prior to starting her service she had prior hair line breakage and she informed me it was from her "sew in and glueing down hair pieces on herself" After allowing her to scream some I Ask why she would wait 15 days if the braids were that tight to contact me or take them down? she did not have a reason I advised her that if the tension was tight enough to cause any hair loss she would not of been able to keep them in let alone add hair. She also made the repeated statement each time I requested her to come in that she just wanted me to refunded her or have someone else do it for free. I explained that was not a option until she showed me proof of the hair loss . After several minutes of her ranting and threatening to report me and the salon I informed her I would call her back because I was out with my family and would call her in a hour . During that time I received calls from several of the other Posare locations, my assistant manager and the salon owner all saying she had called them yelling and acting irate. Multiple times back to back. When I spoke with the assistant manager who saw the consumer when she showed up to request a free service she advised me that the consumers hair looked the same has it did when she came in the first time. I then called the consumer back and once again advised her I need to see her hair before I could offer a resolve especially since she admitted to adding hair and had gotten a full wear out of them. Please note that I asked the consumer during her service and at the end as I do with all my clients if everything felt good or does anything feel tight or to loose and each time she said "No, it feels good"
