Attached is the Official Response I sent today to the State of *** *** ** *** as to the complaint of *** * *** *** in regards to the Life Insurance Policy and Policy Loan issued to *** *** ***, by the Portuguese Fraternal
Society of America (PFSA)The PFSA is a Fraternal Benefit Society with its headquarters domiciled in the State of California and subject to the laws and rules of the California Insurance Code
You will clearly note that the Insured is confused as to the face amount of the Life Insurance Policy and that said face amount is only payable upon death of the InsuredAlso, the Insured apparently did not comprehend that the unpaid interest of the policy loan is applied to the outstanding principal balance of the Policy Loan
