After I accidentally closed the complaint and contacted the Revdex.com to get it reopened, they called meAll they are going to do is reprint the picture I hate without any wrinkles - which I guess is fine, but I will NEVER use this business again

I sent the Customer and email on February 2, 2016 and it was returned undeliverable so I called her via telephone once more. I left another voice mail message. They claimed they did nothing wrong so nothing is really resolved nor will it be I'm sure.  Here is my initial email:

     When I signed up for the $12.95 photo sessions I was very specific about my questions to the salesman.  I asked do we get 5 sheets for the $12.95 and he said yes.  I remember thinking that portrait innovations does 3 sheets for $12.95 when we go and I thought it was a better deal than them.  So I was shocked to find out you actually charge $25 dollars a single sheet which is beyond ridiculous.  So you lied to us just to get our foot in the door.  The good ole bait and switch.  I should've seen it but I admit I was fooled.
    In addition, the 10x13 collage that was the only part actually covered under the $12.95 was 4 pictures of the SAME picture.  What kind of stupidity is that?  You had 5 or 6 poses to choose from and you put the same 4 on the same collage, just wow.  I'm not even the creative artistic type and even I know that is stupid.
     I don't expect any kind of response.  You fooled us and we won't be using your services any longer.  And I'm not surprised you don't have a comment section on your website because you should google yourself.  I didn't find one website with positive comments about you.

Their response and my follow-up response (in red) was:
The collage special for $12.95 and any other special we offer is for customers to try our services. The collage style mentioned is done with the 1st pose taken as is every special offered. The pose is processed in different styles of photography. This collage offered has an $80 value at private studio’s. There is no bait and switch, samples are clearly displayed at time of purchase and all information is on the coupon purchased.   Maybe that is true.  However, when dealing with one of your salesmen/women, the coupon is not used in the conversation.  It is done orally.  That is where the problem lies.  You can print whatever you want to on a piece of paper but if your salesmen/women don't accurately convey the information that's a problem and that's what happened.  And I also learned a hard life lesson here that I should not trust the person talking and just read the paper.  So I do take blame for that but I was very specific in my question about 5 sheets for $12.95 because I compared it to portrait innovations which does 3 sheets for $12.95 because I go there twice a year for each of my kids bdays.  4 pictures on a collage of the same picture is just weird.  I've done pictures at 5-10 facilities and none have ever done that.  Your photographer could be a lot more creative if he used 4 of the 5 poses.
Additional poses are taken and we offer package prices for customers to take home with them at the time of viewing at reasonable prices. We apologize for any mis-confusion and will gladly offer you a refund for the portrait if you are not satisfied.  The pictures were great and I purchased them even if they were three times the amount I'd pay at portrait innovations but I will not return nor ask for a refund.

I have received no further responses.  I think this is about as closed as it will ever be.  I never expected anything from the Revdex.com or the Organization but I figured if this happened to enough people and they complained maybe a pattern of distrust would emerge.  I leave it up to you guys.  Nothing really else to do in my opinion.  I will defer to your judgment.
