I am sorry that Mrs. [redacted] is not happy with her purchase. We do in fact have a no returns policy on our finished portraits and digital image purchases, but it is our goal that any of our customers feel good about their purchases. We are sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the appointment that was scheduled for our photography team and any rude tones from our representatives. We schedule the appointments for our photographers in advance in order to keep our costs down for our customers and are clear on the paperwork, the...
coupon/reminder, that is given at the time of purchase. I have attached a sample for reference. We also offer the ability to reschedule within the promotion dates with our photographers in order to accommodate scheduling challenges that might come up. That being said, we'd be happy to refund the $21.35 that this customer has paid. Please let us know how to proceed.

We have contacted the customer and believe that our representative gave Mrs. [redacted] the wrong date of 8/6. Mrs. [redacted] has decided to go ahead with the promotion and have her pictures done on 8/13.Thank you.
