unprofessional service,1. The employee was not professional and careless in handling customer products.2. The employee was too defensive when answering customer questionsWe had pictures taken in Nov and picked them up in Dec after receiving emails said all items shipped to store. But my husband came home with only partial pictures as he didn't know what I had ordered. I called and the lady was too offensive. She said my products was still in the warehouse before she asked any of my information. After I told her we were there a month ago. She went back to check and still said one item "un-shipped", which listed in my email as "shipped".
