Khino B and Nick (owners) took our money for services not rendered, and won’t give me my money back. My husband and I pre-paid over $3,000 together for a fitness package in January. Per our contract, if we move or cancel in writing, we’ll get full refund. Per their request, we provided proof of our new address in Texas. It’s almost June and we still haven’t gotten our money back. Neither Khino nor Nick will take ownership, they both keep pointing the finger at each other. They’re extremely unprofessional, rude, and have poor customer service. After months of waiting for a refund, I had a family emergency and needed those funds ASAP. Nick’s response was that we should go ahead and try to seek legal action. In other words, he doesn’t care that he breached contract nor that it’s needed for an emergency after months of waiting, and he won’t give us our money back.
