I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I dispute the tech's account of his visit regarding removing the drawer during the installation.  I was frequently within eyesight of the installation area and did not see it out of the wall unit.  Interesting that he did not mention that to me the day he came to fix the drawer and left without doing so.  Mr. A[redacted] has called to schedule to correct the situation.  I intend to schedule that visit the week of 8/28/17.
