I was off the day of this complaint. I did not call the customer back because after the initial complaint, she called back & another customer service rep (Laura) resolved the problem. Below are the notes that were on the acct. Please be advised that our computer program is case
sensitive when looking up an acct by address or name, therefore, we always have caps lock on. The caps are not meant as "shouting". MARE TOOK CALL - CUST COMPLAINING EX NOT BEING TAKEN AND BEING PUT BACK IN R/C - I TOOK CALL (Lori) - I CALLED TAND HE SAID HE DID NOT SEE EX ON TOP OF R/C - CUST WANTED ME TO SEND DRVR BACK - I EXPLAINED IT IS $- HAS EX DIAPERS - TOLD HER IT WOULD SAVE MONEY TO GET BIGGER CAN - BETHANY HAS PREVIOUS NOTES SHE WILL NOT GET BIGGER CAN - HAS CHILDREN IN DIAPERSSHE COMPLAINED THAT EOW SERV IS NOT GOOD - SHE HUNG UP ON ME - CALLED BACK AND GOT LAURA THIS TIME. LORI3/21/KEVIN WAS STILL CLOSE BY & WILL DUMP IT WHEN HE DOES THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET. I TOLD HER THE LID MUST CLOSE OR THINGS MAY FALL OUT. KEVIN THINKS IF IT FELL, HE DID NOT SEE IT & ONE OF THE OTHER DRIVERS PICKED IT UP & PUT IN GARB. I TRIED TO TALK HER INTO A R/C BUT HUSBAND IS OUT OF WORK. LW3/22/I DID NOT CALL BACK BECAUSE LAURA HANDLED IT KEVIN WENT BACK FOR NO CHARGE & DUMPED THE R/C AGAIN. He also did not charge for the extra bag of diapers that was in the can. Laura was under the impression that the customer was satisfied with her response. Customer pays $per month for gallon roll cart picked up every other week. We have not charged for extras. JONI
