honesty in carrying out our business practices. In regardsto Mr. [redacted], as of March 12, 2017 we reach a working agreement with him that we willtake back the car and give him back his money in Full plus money he put toward repair of car.In total, we agree to take the car back for $1000, about $500 over and above the price that hepaid us. We feel we are being taken advantage of us but is willing to go above and move on.The backstory is that Mr. [redacted] came to us on January 9, 2017 to buy a low cost Starter car forhis Son in law. He narrow it down to our lowest price car, a red 1992 Geo Metro. This car isoffered for sale on consignment. Consignment sale is a legal contract where we a Car dealersell a car on behalf of someone else, the owner of the title car. This 1992 Geo Metro is a oneowner low miles, Clean title and clean Carfax for sale for $999. We eventually agree to sell it tohim at cost for $500 plus $77 OMV fee. As a use car, it has some issue but we encourage Mr.[redacted] to fully have this car inspected by his own trusted mechanic. This car is being sold as it,and all sale is Final. He was happy with the inspection outcome because he wanted to buy thecar. Even after the sale he was happy with it.The problem is the owner of the Geo Metro return to the Philippines, her home country. We atPortland Auto only have her USA contact phone number and address. We can not able contactthe owner overseas to get the title transfer to Mr. [redacted] name and get the title OMV registrationprocess until she return. Shortly after the time of the sale, let Mr. [redacted] know about this, andhe was fine and was willing to wait.One month later on in the month of February, Mr. [redacted] Son in law inherited another Car fromhis late father. Over a month after the sale, Mr. [redacted] contact us and said he no longer hasuse for this Geo Metro or wanted it anymore. Again, this car is being sold as it, and all sale isFinal. But tt that time we said ok, due to stipulation out of our control, we agree and happilytake care car back, no issue. I called and try to reach out to [redacted] on more than 3 separateoccasion to try to resolve his complaint and take back the car for Full price if he wanted to return*Please view attached document.
