Portillo’s Hot Dogs

On February 9, 2020 at approximately 2 P.M. I went to Portillo's through the drive-through and ordered a Tuscan salad with no tomato and a small order of cheese fries. When I got home, I realized they did not give me the small order of cheese fries. I called the location, as I live across town and did not have time to go back. I usually check my food before leaving a restaurant to ensure my order is complete and avoid any situation like this. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone and provided her my order number. I was put on hold and after about 2 minutes, she told me she could not find my order number. I informed her that I would not be going back to get it. She immediately responded rudely and said, “I’m not saying that either”. I told her to please not to talk to me so rude and she continued to talk over me. She finally said she would have someone else talk to me and hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to the store manager and Jennifer said SHE was the store manager. She continued to talk over me, but ended up giving me a refund. Although, she did give me a refund, I expected better service especially from someone who claims to be the store manager. I have been to this location numerous times and have always had a nice experience, but this customer service coming from a store manager is unacceptable.
