Portico Entry Doors

Review: Last December we had the front doors of our house replaced by [redacted] at Portico Entry Doors. There were a few things that needed to be adjusted and I had reached out to [redacted] to come and fix them and he agreed to, however the day before he was suppose to come he texted me and told me he could not make it. Since January I have called, text and emailed [redacted] and he has not responded to any of my inquiries. My wife saw [redacted] in a parking lot and called his name and he turned the other way and ran to his car and left. The door that [redacted] put in has had allot of problems immediately as well as over time. The moulding on the inside on both sides of the doors has bowed and popped off exposing the frame of the door, the moulding on the outside of the door was put on with double face tape and has fallen off. The moulding that has fallen off on the outside of the door has scratched the door and the metal that is underneath is now rusting and will surely cause the paint on the rest of the door to come off. The finish on the door is not one that I can have done by someone else. Finally the door that opens rubs against the other door and is causing both doors damage.Desired Settlement: The problems that I am having with my doors are not something that someone else can come and easily fix as this was a custom door that [redacted] made for my home. The finish is one that he had shown that he does custom and no one else will be able to duplicate. The remnants of the double face tape are still on the outside of both doors and needs to be removed. Also since he made and installed the doors he know best how to align them so that they no longer rub against each other
