I have been in business 20 plus years. At one time the customer service for small business owners was great. In my opinion since the buyout to ppg the quality of paint and sales reps have greatly decreased. I have had nothing but problems from store to store and the sales rep that I had attached to my accounts was not professional from missed product warranty issues appointments, to cussing at me and telling me f me and take my product buying elsewhere he didn't give a [redacted] about my company or my business needs. over all just buy your materials where ever you can get them no reason to fund a company that is not customer friendly and in my experience will not warranty any product issues or in my experience lie to get your business. I was even told by a certain store manager to not call for any reason and refused to take order and hung up on me. The issues have more been with customer service warranty and pricing stemming from sales rep....
