As Stated earlier, any problems unrelated to the initial repair are not covered under warranty Re -Breakage is not covered under warranty for any circumstances The foreshadowed warning by the CSR of possible issues relates only to touch functions of the screen replacement ittself, and not unrelated issues Non functional speakers, vibe motors, and volume switches are not related, nor are they tampered with during screen replacement procedures, and are therefore, not covered under warranty The issue related to the fuzzy camera, could be the result of a piece of debris in the camera aperture from the initial breakage that wasn't removed, and would be covered under warranty, however the replacement screen was broken upon representation to the store, and although functional, would not be able to be removed, and replaced to clean the camera without further damaging the LCD In any instance where the item is re broken, all warranties are null and void, this is the policy of PortableDeviceFix, LLC, Apple Inc., and all other manufacturers or service providers

As NO COMPANY OTHER THAN APPLE IS IN POSSESSION OF OEM SCREENS, there is no way to install an OEM screen ALL third part repair locations use aftermarket parts, that are of OEM quality, but not OEM Any company who represents themselves as an OEM parts supplier, or claims to use OEM
parts in a repair of an Apple product, is committing fraud We do not do this, never have and never will This customer was unreasonable, belligerent, and unsatisfiable I personally offered him a refund, and replacement of his broken part, Which is completely possible, but he refused As he was leaving the store, he continued to hurl threats toward our business, and reputation

The warranty applies only to repairs ordered That would include items related to the screen, which in this case was the only item repaired or replaced Further issues related to cameras, and button function are not covered under the warranty for a screen replacement, and spontaneous
development of those issues are unrelated
