One of their drivers mistakenly delivered two portable toilets to my propertyI told him I hadn't ordered them but he insisted on dropping them offIn the process he went off the driveway and left a foot rut in the lawn, which was wet from heavy rain
I checked out the delivery to see what was going on and it turns out it was supposed to be for a company across the streetI called the company and while the receptionist was apologetic and understanding, John who came out to look at the damage challenged me that it had been one of their drivers, insisted it was the company across the street that should repair the rut, and ultimately refused to take responsibility for his company's mistake
