If a problem exist they are having trouble with, they are up front and honest to a fault so you have the option with whether to continue with a repair or take your business elsewhere. If you have children or females who are intimidated by big city style service centers who many times take advantage of those who are not mechanically savoy, send them to Pt. Sheldon Auto. If you have a kid who needs a "beater-car" that is safe yet affordable, [redacted] usually has a line on such cars especially for high school or college local cars. I highly recommend for anything from an "oil change" to an engine/transmission rebuild.
