Review: Port Plumbing sent Oscar to current a leak in a shower. He completely misdiagnosed problem and ordered the wrong part (diverter). After waiting over 2 months for this part, I found it myself in 24 hours. They sent a different plumber to install part and he told me he had no idea why Oscar would have ordered that part. He said I needed the on/off valve. He said he would find it for me that day, call me and let me know he found it, and then have it with a couple of days. None of that happened. Over a week later he called to tell me the new part was in. In the meantime, I had called a different plumber. He came, had the part in his truck, and replaced it in ONE HOUR. I have a septic system that had excess water for months, an increased water bill, and the inability to sleep well due to the noise of the leak (next to my bedroom). All of this was fixed by someone else in one hour.

In addition, I asked if Oscar could control the water flow from the shower head. He proceeded to rip apart the head without letting me know it was not something that could be altered. The pressure was for a horse. I had to order a new shower head ($80).

I was extremely nice for months and then when I asked about a refund none of my phone calls were returned.Desired Settlement: I want the $150 I paid for them to do nothing plus the $80 I paid for a new shower head - total $230. I DO NOT WANT CREDIT AS I WILL NOT USE THESE PLUMBERS AGAIN.
