Port Enterprises

WE contacted Port Enterprises roofing to fix a leak in our Hotel ceiling around April 2019. They claimed we need to first make sure that the A/C units need to be tested to make sure which ones were safe to disconnect. The company that they recommended was charging around $3000 for testing. They wanted us to hire their recommended company, which we did not go with , and we hired our A/C company that we normally use. At that port enterprises claimed that they will not warranty for A/c which we agreed.But they put a one line agreement that they dont warranty the roofing repairs, which we thought it was for A/c. They charged us about $4394.95 and roof is leaking in less than 6 months at the exact same spot. When we contacted them to come check on their repairs, they claim they dont warranty, so as a business we paid $4394.95? for what? Had we hired their A/C Company then we would be out $7000.00 and still have the leak. Our complaint is how they are able to get away and put companies as such financial positions
