I purchased a 2018 Macan from this dealer in April 2019. We also purched a "Tire and Wheel" protection plan for $1998 additional. No claim was made against this coverage. We sold the Macan in May 2020, and the "protection plan" for California states that we can cancel this coverage we must submit a written request to cancel, which we made to the dealership (Mr. D. ***, via email, on June 3. I sent follow-up emails on 7/1 and 7/24 for updates information on this claim/cancellation. The contract states that "refund amount will be paid within 30 days of your written request to cancel the agreement". After several phone calls (not returned) amd emails (one one vague response) this has not been resolved after 2 months.
On January 14, 2020 I purchased a new car from Porsche Palm Springs. The Finance Manager charged me for registration of the vehicle to the state of CA and for new CA Legacy license plates. The Finance Manager made an error filing the paperwork and I have spoke with numerous managers, salesmen and wrote to the founder and CEO to correct this issue has it has been 5 ½ months and I still have no license plates for my car.
On 08 NOV 2019, I, ***, was in search of a new vehicle for myself. I went to ***.com to search for a great deal on 2020 Porsche Cayenne vehicles. I sorted the search for best price. At that time, a listing came up for a 2020 Porsche Cayenne, VIN: ***, Stock Number ***, at an advertised price of $15,970, located at Porsche Palm Springs, in Palm Springs CA. I then went to the Porsche Palm Springs website(www.***.com) to confirm the vehicle was at their location and confirm the price. The advertised price on the Porsche Palm Springs website for the same vehicle (VIN Matching) was listed at the same price of ***.com at $15,790. I then emailed the Porsche Palm Springs location to confirm the vehicle was still available. I received a response back from the Internet Sales Manager, ***, stating the exact vehicle I saw
advertised via *** and on their website was available. We schedule a time for me to come in and look at the vehicle (09 NOV 2019, at 1100AM). The morning of 09 NOV 2019, *** and I exchanged more emails and proceeded to tell me that Porsche Palm Springs will not honor the advertised price even though I had to advertisements for the same vehicles showing the price of $15,970. I am filing this complaint because Porsche Palm Springs and its associates has violated false advertising laws and believe they liable and responsible to sell me the
vehicle at the advertised price. Note: I have copies of the advertisements printed out and screen shots of the advertisements showing both sources, *** & Porsche Palm Springs, having the vehicle listed for $15,970
