I am rejecting this response becauseThe bottom line is that we paid for something that is not there? One of the options on the Cayenne is satellite radio? So I'm not clear on there claim that it's not availableI've searched on line and found a replacement stock satellite radio for that year and make of car? There option is to mount a aftermarket part to my dash of a $Porsche is not acceptableTo me the only option is for them to replace the radio with what I thought was in the carIf they don't I'll get estimates around town to have a satellite radio installed see them in court

Once we became aware of the situation, one of our customer relations managers reached out to our customer and advised her of the aftermarket optionWhich, at this point is the only option availablePorsche does not have a replacement radio for this vehicleWe contacted one of our outside vendors to professionally do the workWe agreed to pay for the parts and labor for the inconvenience and the misunderstandingWe made the appointment and had a loaner vehicle ready for our customer to make the transition as smooth as possibleWe were unable to perform the work because our customer failed to show up to the appointment. The next day the same customer relations manager called our customer to follow up and she was told by our customer that she was not going to get the job done because she felt betrayed and lied toShe demanded us to replace the radioOnce again our customer relations manager called our outside vendor and asked how much a job like this costs on a Porsche and he said around $5k, if part was availableWe contacted Porsche with the VIN number and the part is NOT available. We contacted our customer once again advised them of the end result and their response was: They've had it and they were taking us to Revdex.com for a solution. We want our customer to be 100% satisfied but at this time we are unable to do so because the part is not availableAgain we are willing to work with them and send the vehicle out for an aftermarket device. To me the only option is for them to replace the radio with what I thought was in the car. If they don't I'll get estimates around town to have a satellite radio installed see them in court.
