I am writing to request a refund of the puppy deposit of $($300+tax) we paid to Chinook Valley Farm on November 15, for a litter that was due the first week in December In short, after seven months my family and I received no puppy and we struggled to get proactive communication from the breeder the entire time
Chinook Valley Farm’s female Hilda was due to have puppies the first week in December That first week I checked the website and my emails multiple times per day for news and the breeder said she would let me know Two weeks later no word from the breeder and it was only after I called the breeder I found out that there was a tragic loss and unfortunately, all the puppies died except for two The breeder asked if we wanted one of those two puppies but we declined, as we were concerned about the health of the two puppies from that failed litter She stated she had two other bred females, Xena and Raven, with litters due end of February so we were ok
