Porky G's BBQ

Review: For our wedding (10-5-13), my wife and I had Porky G's BBQ cater. We had a contract for them to feed 125 people and spent around $1800- $300 of which was to pay for their employees to serve appropriate portions so food would stretch for 125. They arrived on time, set up quickly, the food was great and the portions were just right. My wife and I were the first ones through the line and ate our food at the front of the large tent with a clear view of our friends and family standing in line. My aunt and uncles were at the end of the line. When they line had cleared, the head caterer came up to me while I was eating and said he was sorry, but 5 people didn't get fed (which later turned out to be my aunt and uncles who were standing at the end of the line). He apologized profusely stating that he wasn't sure what happened- he "had brought enough food for 140". After that news, I did a head count twice and the number came out to 90. After the wedding, I called the owner '[redacted]' 3 times (10/8, 10/11, and 10/14) requesting a partial refund; the contract was $11.95 per person for 125, and 5 of the 90 guests that had shown up got corn and a roll, not a full meal. 40 people at my wedding didn't go and get leftovers, there wasn't anything left but rolls and corn. When he finally called me back over a week later, [redacted] very rudely told me he doesn't do refunds, this has never happened before, he packaged the food himself, and the best he could do was a $50 gift certificate for the 5 people that didn't get fed.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for the 40 servings we didn't receive in the amount of $478.00 ($11.95 x 40). The contract was for 125 servings. 85 of the 90 people at our wedding got fed.
