PP&G was originally contacted by *** *** on 5/21/ He scheduled a tub reglaze for 6/17/at a rental unit in *** *** *** opted to self perform the recaulking *** *** called on 6/22/to say there were bubbles on the bottom of the tub PP&G
scheduled the repair work for 6/25/ The PP&G technician found the plumbing to be leaking The caulking *** *** had applied was still very wet (also from the water leak) The bubbles on the bottom of the tub were due to water leaking on the new glazing prior to curing No work was performed on 6/25/as the leak needed repair *** *** was informed by PP&G of the plumbing issue and a new repair appointment was scheduled for 7/2/ At this point *** *** demanded a full refund, and PP&G offered to send the manager out to survey the tub and plumbing leak A new appointment was scheduled for 7/9/ *** *** called PP&G again to cancel the appointment and again demand a full refund The PP&G manager spoke to *** *** and they agreed to meet on 7/30/to look at the tub and survey the plumbing On 7/30/*** *** told the PP&G manager he was going to 'rip someone's face off' After some discussion they did agree to look at the tub Overall the tub reglaze is an acceptable job It is in fine condition for full beneficial use There is a small area with a minor blemish The plumbing issue appears to have been fixed The PP&G manager offered to have a service call for the blemish, but *** *** refused PP&G does not feel there is a basis for a full refund
