directly by Popular Optics, Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 They still refuse to provide a customer service phone number or return a call to my phone number provided.  They have not provided a refund.  They keep telling me to mail in the counterfeit nonprescription sunglasses which is the only proof I have of what they sent me.  They claim to have an invoice proving the authenticity of the sunglasses but will not provide it.  If they will not provide a refund, I will take action in small claims court and will need the sunglasses as proof.
