Pops Seafood Shack and Grill

Review: On June **, 2014 myself and a party of approximatley 12- 15 people attended this establishment for a birthdfay celebration. We had a reservation and everyone paid in cash. I decided to cover the expenses for the guest of honor, the birthday person, so I had to use my card. I handed my card to the waitress and she printed a receipt for approxmiately 76 dollars. She handed me the merchant receipt and I signed in the total of 76 dollars and she handed me a customer receipt. I checked my bank statement online the following week and my bank was charged for the entire bill, which was 486 dollars and the recepit she gave me was not the receipt for the approximate 76 dollars.I called the restaurant immediatley and a [redacted] named [redacted] stated he would handle the situation immediately and the funds should be back into my account by the morning. The following day, I went to POPS and he wasn't available and the situation was still not handled. I spoke to someone else there and demanded my money, instead of giving me my money he preceded to describe how good of a waitress we had (By the way her name is [redacted]) how cute she was and that it was probably a mistake. Furthermore, he stated unfortunatly,our book keeper isn't in today and [redacted] will not be in until after midnight. I stated, no one can assist me, I need my money, he stated no, not until tomorrow! It has been almost a week since they incorreclty charged my account or stole my money and nnothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the entire bill, including tips and bank fees.
