To Whom It Mat Concern: The situation with *** *** *** was resolved over weeks agoUpon speaking to *** *** we informed her that we would have to wait until the item was both sent back to our warehouse and receivedUnfortunately, the item was delayed by *** (which is out of our
direct control) during the return which cause it take longer than anticipatedWe received the item back to our warehouse on 2/* in the afternoon and less than hours later the refund processed to *** *** on 2/*Poppin operates with utmost integrityCustomer satisfaction is our primary concernWith that said, our Net Promoter Score averages consistently above which is exceptional in any industryThe aforementioned achievement could not be accomplished if we were operating unethically as *** *** claimsJust to recap, we've explained to *** *** the following: Our returns process We have to receive all items back before processing a refund After refunds are processed, it's at the banks discretion to determine when the funds will be allocatedAs it currently stands, the refund was processed over weeks ago on 2/and according to our records, *** *** is not due any further refundsThis situation is considered to be resolved in our opinionIf anyone would to discuss this matter any further, please feel free to reach out to me directlyHave an amazing day!
