The store does not have DISPLAY ONLY GOODSIt would be very cost ineffective to do so as the bags are MADE IN ITALY ONLYThis customer wanted two of the same style bagShe is unfamiliar with natural graining in cowhide and the Italian organic tanning process so she rejected one of the bags as what she perceived was a flawShe accepted my offer to special order it from ItalyShe was aware of the "no return" policyThe bags arrived in weeksSometime later she called to return of the bags based on her claim that the strap was plasticA ridiculous charge and easily refutedHOwever, I gracious agreed to accept the return for credit onlyA few weeks later she called and wanted her money returnedAgain despite my store policy I agreed to return her money after the bag soldA week ago the bag sold and I called to tell her I would be sending her a checkThen I received this complaintI'm prepared to send a check for the bag as I agreed toStore policies are in place to protect them from unscrupulous customers who like to set their own rulesI try always to be fair and accommodating to my customer

what she perceived was a flaw. She accepted my offer to special order it from Italy. She was aware of the "no return" policy. The bags arrived in 6 weeks. Sometime later she called to return 1 of the bags based on her claim that the strap was plastic. A ridiculous charge and easily refuted. HOwever, I gracious agreed to accept the return for credit only. A few weeks later she called and wanted her money returned. Again despite my store policy I agreed to return her money after the bag sold. A week ago the bag sold and I called to tell her I would be sending her a check. Then I received this complaint. I'm prepared to send a check for the bag
as I agreed to. Store policies are in place to protect them from unscrupulous customers who like to set their own rules. I try always to be fair and accommodating to my customer.
