Popi's Cleaners, Inc.

Review: I brought an article of clothing (pants) to this establishment to be sewn due to a rip. When I went to pick it up, the woman at the front who I presume is the owner, handed me my article of clothing in exchange for my money. However, I was unhappy with the way the article of clothing looked because it was carelessly stitched and the color of the pants and the patch were visibly different! When I asked for a refund or for it to be fixed, the woman's reply was "the rip was rugged, and I didn't have the correct material color, what can I do?" I said to her that she should have said that to me when I first brought the pants in to be fixed and asked again for my money back and her reply was no! I told her that I'd get the police involved and she replied "go ahead" and walked away.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner to refund my money for the terrible work that was done on my article of clothing and for the nasty attitude I was given when I initially asked for a refund.
