Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Review: Last week my wife and her friend went to popeys, they asked for hushpuppies as they are advertised as real hushpuppies on their comercials, my wife asked them to verify that they were actual hushpuppies and [redacted], the manager, said yes. We also ordered a 4 pc with all dark shrimp and 2 chicken strip baskets. When they got home I had 1 dark meat and 3 white and it was hush puppy battered shrimp, not actual hushpuppies. I called and asked for theanger a man answered and said he was when I told him what was wrong he immediately passed the phone off, [redacted] told me that none of this happened and outright called me a liar, and refused to refund me, I then contacted their complaint center, the emailed me and promised me a refund, in which [redacted] REFUSED to refund the full me and only gave me 10 out of my $50 dollar order. And once again called my wife a liar, wouldn't apologize at all for the mix up and when pressed the issue refused a full refund, even tho I had already been promised one. I'm filing with you and will also be filing with small claims court.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for my order, and also some extra for all of the gas and time. Also, I would like others aware of how terrible the service is at this location.
