I had my vehicle towed there on 4/7/I met with their representative that day to show and explain the two things that needed to be done to the carNot a problem they said simple fixes that they could get right onTwo weeks later, I had to call to find out the statusThey said it was readyI asked if both issues had been fixed - no only oneWhy? Call back and speak to TonyCalled but he not available but would call me backNo call backFinally made contact - they would get to itCalled a week later - nothing had been doneRetrieved the car on 5/3/
They do not care, they do not listen, they do not communicate, they do not get my business and I will go out of my way to make sure that they are not recommended
