In response to your letter dated March 31, containing Mr***'s complaint (attached hereto), please be advised that Mr*** has been advised on multiple occasions that we are a law firm and not a collection agency. Mr*** has further been advised that if he would like to request
a receipt for payment in addition to his cancelled check or money order that all he need do is submit a written request and a self-addressed stamped envelope with each payment and we will gladly return a receipt of payment in response to his request.
