Review: On 7 June 2013 I ordered from Everyday a pair of 'Rope Drifters' espadrilles (Catalogue #[redacted], Invoice#[redacted], Confirmation #[redacted]), paying $63.95 by credit card. By the end of July I still had not received the shoes, so I e-mailed the company to ask why-- I received no answer. On 3 August I e-mailed again with an address correction, as I thought that the problem might have been with the shipping address. On 23 August I received a reply from '[redacted]' at [redacted], telling me that because of a 'family crisis' they were 'backed up on production', that my size was 'out of stock' and the shoes were 'being custom made' for me, that the shoes would be shipped to me 'as soon as possible' and that I would be notified as soon as they were shipped out. I have received neither the shoes I ordered, nor any notification that they are on the way, since that time. Three weeks ago, I e-mailed once more, but have received no reply of any kind. Incidentally, there is no street address given for Everyday Apparel on their website--they only say that they have locations in Los Angeles and in Indonesia. They do give a phone # to contact them at, ###-###-####, but when I looked up the address using this phone#, it turned out to be a location in San Diego.Desired Settlement: Since I have not received the product I ordered and I can only assume that Everyday has no intention of delivering it to me, I request that they refund my money to me.
Review: On August 1st, 2013 I ordered two pairs of pants and a pair of shoes from Poptheshop.com for 224.90 dollars in total. Two months ago, the company sent an email saying that the shoes were backordered and they were working on the issue, however I have sent numerous emails and left phone messages inquiring further about the status of my orders, and the company has not responded. The phone number that the company provides on their website, when called, simply says to "Leave a message" while not identifying the name of the company or how they will respond back. I am afraid I will not receive my product in a timely manner, speak to anyone who works at the store, or even have the ability get a refund, which I feel I am due at this time.Desired Settlement: A refund to my Paypal account for the full amount of 224.90.
