I was charged for a remote for my car and did not receive one.
Service on 5/7/18 and 5/11/18. Paid via credit card. Was charged $399 for a front door key and a key to my car (which was not requested). I requested a key for front door to be made and a remote to my car to be made. I never got the remote but was charged for one.
$300 refund for the remote I did not receive
We never got a complaint about our services from this person. We tried to call her several times and didn't get an answer.
