I was quoted $385 on the phone.
[redacted] arrived and said that he would need to dig and that it would be X amount to find the septic.
After septic was located he said that the charge was $270 and it included an additional $95 charge that was not disclosed.
He then pumped the septic and although he charged us $385 PER PUMP (not industry standard to double) he then added ANOTHER $270 hidden charge!
According to YELP this is a common practice with him. We have checked with other local companies who do not have these hidden charges and do not bait and switch thier customers. Rainbow charges $595 for the same service that he charged us $800 for. They were up front with their charge and he said "from $200 to $385 tops".
