appointment during her window she choseI explained to her that if I showed up no one was home after being second time she would owe a dollar trip chargeI drove to her house left multiple messagesShe called hrs later and said I never showed upI explained to her that it could be a minor adjustment to fix her faucet and offered to go to her house no chargeShe picked the hr window and was a no show days in a row costing our company time and gasI explained to her till she pays trip charge we can not service herShe then flipped out becoming extremely arguemenitive and rudeShe then also called times a day and left threatening messages along with pictures of her sons in the gym which created a in professional and uncomfortable work environmentAt this point we are even with the time and gas I have wasted with this customerIf anything I will give her a dollar refund minus the she owes of trip.charge
