I WOULD GIVE THEM A RATING OF ZERO IF I COULD.....We have a commercial property in the area and needed a tree removed. The [redacted] came to give an estimate and was rude and abrupt. All we got was a hand-written estimate on the back of a business card. When the scheduled day came, nobody ever showed up. The office gave no explanation and said that they "couldn't reach the [redacted]". When I reached the [redacted] the next day, he gave me major attitude. He told me that "we didn't have a confirmed appointment", that "he only takes cash" and that "he doesn't give insurance Certificates to anyone unless there is a problem". I went with another company.

Review: A tree came down over our property after hurricane sandy. The tree service gave us an estimate to clear it and also remove a lead over our driveway-the lead was not removed but my husband paid the full amount of the estimate. As soon as I came home from work I called and told them that the work wasn't completed-they said they would come back to clear a pile of logs they left from the tree and cut the lead-they never came back.Desired Settlement: Either finish the work or give us a refund

Although they once again promised over the phone to cut down the lead

they never showed up to do it-they never returned to our house after the initial contact over one year ago.
