I took my HP tower to Poorman's Computer the first part of September 2016. All I got was a run around. They took it apart and now can't find any of it. I was there a few days ago and there were computers, tower, parts every where and none of them had customer names. etc. I was told they needed get in touch with HP which I found out was a total lie. VERY VERY BAD PLACE TO TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO BE FIXED.
