Mr***,I first want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have hadUnfortunately, coils are normally not refunded or exchanged under company policy. However, we will replace the coil if it was a mistake on our part, or several other extenuating circumstances. I'm not entirely
clear on exactly what happened, but after speaking with the employee after your complaint he says that he was unable to refund the coil because you didn't have a receipt. I obviously wasn't there to observe his attitude that day, so I apologize if he was a bit moody and rude with you. If you come into our other shop in Marysville I will personally be sure to give you the several coils you felt cheated out of, and I'll also throw in a couple bottles of juice for your travel expenses. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and if you are willing to drive to Marysville I will make good on the unfortunate situation you experienced. If Marysville is too far for you, I can arrange for you to be taken care of in our London store.Sincerely,
