Dear [redacted]:
Dependability Since 1921
We are in receipt of you letter dated May 21,2014, ID of [redacted].
Miss [redacted] purchased a...
2006 Cadillac STS, rear wheel drive automobile on 2/07/14 and arranged to
pick up her new purchase on 2/10/14, Sometime after that we had a snow storm and soon after that
she complained of problems with traction going up hills, We decided to put two new tires on her car
that had better treads on them (the two we replaced were good tires), There were other issues with her
Cadillac which we took care of at no charge, Miss [redacted] also stated that we agreed to fix dents on her
car and that we drove It over 2,000 miles. All of which were not true.
On 3/10/2014 Miss [redacted] traded her 2006 Cadillac in on a 2008 Toyota Scion. Before she picked up
her 2008 Scion, we put new brakes and rotors on, changed the oil and filter, as well as put a new battery
in the vehicle. She has had a few other issues with her car, but we have taken care of them as well.
Her Scion is now at the transmission shop and we are going to replace it for her and there wiil be no
charge, to her at all.
It is a shame that she has had issues with both the Cadillac and the Toyota, but we feel that we have
taken care of the issues for her except for the transmission, which we are now in the process of
replacing.
As for the Cadillac, we have since sold the vehicie and the customer that purchased completely loves it.
Wedekind Motors, Inc. has been in business for over 93 years with the same business principles that we
had in 1921 when we started taking care of our customers. Also, we are enclosing copies of the two
sales orders, as well as the repair orders for both vehicles.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us.
Respectfully yours,
[redacted]
President
