Good morning,We have reviewed this complaint and wanted to give a little backgroundYes the homeowner did call about a repair on Friday 6/8/The sales manager john b, did the repair prior to this phone callWhen homeowner called back we did let the homeowner know that the repair was done
and also that we would still be coming out the following week again to take a look at itJohn B, installation manager went out on Tuesday june in the morningHe repaired the gate and left a message on the homeowners machine. I hope this information comes in handyThank you
