I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.the answer from the company is self serving and lacks candor.  the shield was not shipped on time - it was shipped only after I called asking about it - they were informed at that time that they should not ship it and cancel the order if they could not get it to me within two days - it arrived 5 days later - after the contractor installed the pool liner.  I was originally told that it was in the same box as the liner - it was not.  I relied on this info to conclude I was only getting one box which included everything - that was not the case when I opened the box.

The customer did not order a BMW 328i. The customer ordered, and received a pool heater cover. This was confirmed via the images he sent of the item. The merchandise received was as was ordered and was correct.

Since the liner has been opened they would need to contact the manufacturer to have a replacement shipped if it is defective. All information regarding the warranty is on the box or can be downloaded below:Http://www.[redacted].com/[redacted]They will gladly replace if defective. Free of charge. However a refund is not offered on pool liners, as listed in the terms of sale agreed to. Thanks.

The box was dirty, beat up and held together with clear plastic and plastic straps,inside was a plastic bag with the liner inside ( it was not even sealed ), there was no paper work with it at all, and no warrenty info on the box. This is a scam they are trying to pull, They have my email address and phone#, if the liner I ordered was out of stock they should have called me to see if I wanted a different liner, but they made no effort to contact me, cause they didn't want to run the risk of me cancelling the order. I had to order from someone else cause I only had 8 days to get the pool up and running for a birthday, pool deals says their is a  no refund policy BS I didn't order the liner they sent me and I don't want it, I want $159.99 PUT BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD TY [redacted]  P.S. if u don't get pics let me knowRegards,

I have no use for either [redacted] or [redacted] now. They are aware of this. They were [redacted] and determined they would not send the right padding so the pool was put up. This was shipped via [redacted] tracking #: [redacted]The customer did not at any time cancel the order, and refused the delivery with [redacted]. In the event a customer refuses a non-cancelled order, when the merchandise is returned via the shipper, a refund is issued less the actual [redacted] charges we have incurred,  and a 25% restocking fee. This is also listed in the terms of sale the customer agreed to. This refund due was $79.26, and returned to the customer's credit card on 7-31-15. Thanks.
