Touched up all white blemishes on pool with gel coat to color of pool. Also gel coated entrance steps to give textured finish to eliminate steps being slick. 
Delivered large handrail with mounting hardware as promised in meeting with the Washington.

I am rejecting this response because:  No effort has been made to correct the structural problems with the pool being unlevel and having gaps under it.  The bottom of the pool has lumps that you can feel when walking in it.  The sides are bulging and the gel coat that he used to cover the white spots does not match and is visible lighter.  We told [redacted] while he was at our property that it was visible lighter and he said it would match once it dried.  We called [redacted] and informed him that it still did not match and we were not satisfied.  [redacted] then called us back and left a voice mail stating he would come Monday and paint the whole pool.  We do not want the pool painted.  We have drained the pool repeatedly due to negligance on their part and this is costing us money.  The pool was installed incorrectly and I need this to be fixed.  I do not want to have further problems down the line.  They are just trying to cosmetically repair the pool and I want it structually repaired or they can remove the pool and give me my money back plus damages.
