Pools by Young LTD

Review: I contracted with Pools By Young on February 9, 2012 to install our in-ground pool with various pool equipment. As of this date, over a year later, they have not provided several of the contracted equipment or supplies. These include an automatic pool cover ($7,250), a Polaris 360 pool sweep cleaner ($1,750) and various other maintenance accessories (estimated around $300), along with the install of one of the pool lights. The total value comes to over $9,300. I have spent the last 7 months trying to get them to live up to the contract. I have been told various stories, including "the pool cover was ripped so we had to have it manufactured again" (seven months ago), "it's too cold to install", "the wires aren't long enough so we have to special order a longer line" (six months ago, regarding the pool light). According to the contract, I have paid everything, but $3,611.55; leaving a total out-of-pocket of $5,689Desired Settlement: I do not trust this company one bit. There are a lot of online reviews blasting this company over their unethical practices. I would prefer to just get my remaining money back so that I can contract with a different company.
